Returns & Refunds Policy

We take great care in packaging and delivering our products to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

Damaged Packaging
If your order arrives with damaged packaging, the item will be returned and replaced upon delivery. Please notify the delivery driver at the time of receipt so the issue can be documented.

Product Imperfections
If you notice any imperfections or issues with your product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To report an issue, please contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging where applicable

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery.
